As a Kitchen Night Steward Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising, training and coordinating Kitchen Attendants across our night shift. You will work on a nightly shift commencing at 5 pm through to 1 am, with an early start and finish time one day a week of 4:30 pm-12:30 am for a weekly team meeting with the day shift supervisor.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A proven track record in a supervisory role in a kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to follow and enforce kitchen operations and sanitation practices to a high standard across a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work night shifts.
