Strategic Content Creator

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Content Creator to lead the development and execution of our organic social media presence.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on storytelling, creative direction, and delivering impactful content with measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the global organic social strategy across key platforms, aligning with business priorities and campaign activity.
  • Plan and manage the social content calendar in collaboration with internal teams (Brand, eCommerce, PR, Product, and Performance Marketing).
  • Lead content ideation, briefing, production direction, and publishing - including video scripting, visual planning, and basic editing.
  • Translate editorial, campaign, and influencer content into optimised formats for each platform.
  • Oversee the rollout and repurposing of creative assets for multi-channel use.
  • Partner with Performance Marketing to identify organic content for paid boosting and establish testing frameworks to optimise engagement and reach.
  • Monitor performance metrics, interpret results, and recommend strategic adjustments.
About You

You bring 5+ years of experience in social media strategy, content production, or digital marketing across lifestyle, retail, or design-driven brands.

You have deep experience managing multi-platform content calendars, with a flair for visual storytelling, video production, and editorial planning.

You understand platform culture and know how to create native content that resonates and drives engagement.
