Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Quantitative Systematic Trader to join our team. This role combines the skills of quantitative research with the knowledge of trading to develop new electronic strategies and monitor real-time performance.

Responsibilities

  1. Investigate new ideas by immersing yourself in market data and leveraging tools in mathematics, statistics, and programming.
  2. Run your ideas through our back testing environment and carefully analyse their performance.
  3. Work side-by-side with technologists to put profitable signals into production.
  4. Monitor the real-time performance of your trading strategies.

Requirements

  1. PhD in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, or Economics.
  2. Solid analytical problem-solving skills.
  3. Excellent logical reasoning.
  4. Exceptional communication skills.
  5. Experience writing code to process and analyse large sets of data, especially in Python.
  6. C++ or other low-level programming languages is a plus.
  7. Demonstrated interest in strategic games and/or competitive activities.
  8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per year.
