We are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the role of Customer Support Specialist in our Perth, Australia office.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through timely and effective issue resolution;
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating systems as necessary;
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations;
  • Processing daily purchase orders and ensuring accurate product pricing and quantity;
  • Monitoring backorders and releasing them in a timely manner;
  • Processing credit claims from retailers;
  • Assisting customers with courier tracking and consignment queries;
  • Liaising with couriers for alternate pickup and delivery;
  • Maintaining maximum stock availability by transferring stock within the ERP system and liaising with warehouse, supply chain, and product managers;
  • Providing sales quotes or pro-forma invoices;
  • Assisting in the warehouse with dispatch, goods inwards, order picking, and stock management.

Requirements for this role include:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar customer-facing position;
  • Excellent data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Highly organized with ability to work well in a team environment;
  • Familiarity with WH&S practices and manual handling techniques;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
