Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our customer support team as a Customer Support Representative.

This role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and sales order management
  • Collaborating with internal staff and customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment or manufacturing
  • Exceptional multitasking ability, managing priorities to meet deadlines and client expectations
  • Ability to work with all key areas of the business including production, accounts, sales, and warehouse
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • A high level of attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work across multiple software systems
  • Data entry skills
  • A proactive attitude towards work to finalise tasks in a timely manner
