Job Title: Customer Service Representative

About the Role

This is a key position in our customer service team, where you will play a vital role in supporting our business. As a full-time permanent employee, you will work Monday to Friday with an ASAP start date.

Norbar Australia and NZ is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of torque control equipment, operating across various regions worldwide. Our organisational purpose is to be renowned for quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will work closely with the Workshop Technician to coordinate service jobs, providing price and availability information to customers and suppliers, as well as producing quotes and sales orders. You will also maintain accurate data in our system, carry out warehouse tasks, and provide administrative support.

To succeed, you must be motivated, a great team player, and have experience in a similar customer-focused role. You should be highly organised, able to multitask, and prioritise to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and energy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls professionally and friendly
  • Work with Workshop Technician to coordinate workflow of service jobs
  • Provide price and availability information to customers and suppliers
  • Produce and provide customer quotes and sales orders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in system
  • Carry out Warehouse tasks (receipting and dispatch)
  • Provide administrative support to operations
