  • Deliver outbound call initiatives to promote student progression and enhance their overall experience.

  • Actively manage student retention and identify opportunities for referral to our B2C sales team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' of customer service experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
  • High-level written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to resolve difficult conversations and overcome objections.
  • Excellent attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
