Job Title: IT Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced IT project lead to oversee the delivery of a Salesforce Field Service Management module. This is a 6-month contract position that offers a hybrid work arrangement, with options to work from home or on-site.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, including experience with Salesforce deployments and vendor relationship management. They should also possess excellent financial management skills, including forecasting and budget tracking.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the full project lifecycle, from business case development to handover to support.
  • Managing project finances, including forecasting and tracking, and providing regular status reports to executive stakeholders.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience in IT project or program management.
  • Extensive experience in IT transformation and SaaS platform deployments.
  • Experience with Salesforce - Field Service Management module - Field Service Management Software.
  • Strong financial management skills, including forecasting and budget tracking.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including chairing workshops & Steering Committees.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
