About the Role

Join our NSW Sales Team and contribute to a high-performing team that supports account managers in liaising with international brands to bring their campaigns to life across Are Media's well-loved mastheads.

You'll gain experience across our omni-channel network, working predominantly across print and digital arms of the business, engaging with and working alongside teams in production, content, creative, editorial, and operations.

You'll report to the Group Business Director and support account managers and the wider sales team when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with clients and agencies to ensure timely delivery of material and assets
  • Manage campaigns via internal stakeholders to ensure delivery across production, creative, and ad ops
  • Support account managers and the Group Business Director with day-to-day tasks
  • Support account managers and the Group Business Director with various systems, including research and ad booking/management system, Ad Point
  • Prepare post-campaign analysis reports for clients and agencies

Requirements

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills
  • Strong enthusiasm for media and advertising, particularly print and digital media
  • Proactive and solutions-focused approach to implementation matters
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to build effective customer relationships
  • Proficient Microsoft Office package skills
