About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Media Campaign Coordinator to join our team at dentsu. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the senior team, ensuring smooth execution of media campaigns and planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the team to execute and optimize video, TV, audio, and outdoor campaigns to exceed client targets.
  • Collaborate with media and creative agencies to ensure timely delivery of materials and accurate instructions.
  • Assist in document preparation, including WIPs, post-analysis, final buys, contact reports, and timeline management.
  • Support campaign analysis and client engagements, relationships, presentations, and reporting.

Requirements

  • A keen interest in learning the media and advertising marketplace, particularly traditional offline media channels.
  • A basic understanding of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with a knack for data and numerical concepts.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
