About the Role
The Westin Perth is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Service Expert to join our team as a Service Express Agent (SXP Agent). As the heart of the hotel, this role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with guest inquiries and direct internal and external calls to ensure prompt and efficient service.
- Process food and beverage orders, answer questions on menu selection, and record transactions in the point-of-sale system.
- Create memorable guest moments and follow up to ensure requests are resolved to satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest accounts.
- Take reservations as required and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process for hotel guests.
- Provide a warm and welcoming impression as an ambassador for the hotel at all times.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and software packages.
- Experience with OPERA Software or similar systems.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate and express ideas clearly.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
