Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming check-in and check-out experiences
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, from local insights to special requests
  • Manage transactions and payments with ease and efficiency
  • Stay one step ahead of our guests' needs, offering tailored recommendations and solutions
  • Be the trusted contact for our guests, handling everything from bill issues to restaurant recommendations
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a Front Office position or with Opera (PMS) is highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work a rotating roster, including shifts on weekends and Public Holidays
  • Fluency in the local language is a plus, but not essential
  • Literate and tech-savvy, with a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths, and computer skills
