Claims Data Analyst Leader

Job Description:
The Claims Client Experience Team is responsible for enhancing the experience of clients including employees, employers and other stakeholders. The team develops methods to determine client experiences and identify projects to improve through user-centred design.
About the Role:
This role provides sound technical guidance and develops data analysis capabilities. The successful candidate will drive data knowledge, stewardship, analysis and reporting within the Claims Management Group. The position reports to the Director, Claims Client Experience and may manage team members across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive data knowledge, stewardship, analysis and reporting
- Provide sound technical guidance and develop data analysis capabilities
- Manage team members across multiple sites
Requirements:
- Able to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting 1 Security Clearance
- Some intra and interstate travel is required
