Claims Data Specialist

The role of Claims Data Analyst involves assisting in creating error-free agreements and updating information in existing agreements. This includes managing claims, assisting with group user trainings, and conducting one-on-one trainings with users. The position also requires updating flowcharts periodically with the latest information and creating periodic reports to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality information to the team lead in all areas of responsibilities.
- Assist and support other team members in performance of their roles and responsibilities.
- Undertake additional projects or activities as directed by management.
- Acknowledge policies, procedures, practices, and guidelines in accountabilities.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- 1-2 years of experience within a similar field or in rebate management.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel expertise preferred.
- Analytics or business experience is beneficial.
- Qualifications in Business/Analytics/Statistics/Finance are desirable but not mandatory.
