Job Title: Operations Management ExecutiveAbout the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Operations Management Executive to join our team. As an Operations Management Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Fulfillment Centres, ensuring that customer orders are delivered quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of associates in achieving operational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall performance.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
