Our client is on a mission to develop and distribute innovative and eco-friendly products that help communities move to a greener future. They are experiencing high growth, and 2025 is expected to be a transformative year for them. As part of this growth, they are seeking a National Warehouse Operations Manager to join their leadership team.

The role reports to the Supply Chain Director. The National Warehouse Operations Manager will lead teams across four warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth. The primary objectives are to deliver operational excellence, build scalability in warehousing, and uphold their customer promise across the network. Success in this role involves creating a high-performance culture and delivering best-in-class warehouse operations.

We are looking for an experienced DC/Logistics/Operations Manager who has managed multi-site warehouse operations or large single sites in fast-paced environments with high stock turns and high SKUs, such as FMCG or Retail. The candidate should have a proven track record in delivering safe, cost-effective, and customer-centric operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and developing teams. A hands-on, directive leader who is a problem-solver and thrives on building operational excellence is ideal.
