Job Summary

FleetPartners Group is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead the provision of procurement services, including planning, development, sourcing, contracts, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Centralise supplier management for direct spend
  • Leverage purchasing power to enhance pricing and rebate outcomes
  • Create strategies to ensure cost-effective procurement and high-quality goods and services
  • Evaluate and select suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships with vendors
  • Manage the entire procurement process from purchase requests to receipt and approval of goods
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain
  • Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favourable terms with suppliers
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in writing and managing RFPs
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and organisational needs
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, finance, or a related field
