Procurement Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Procurement Manager to lead key procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic sourcing plans aligned to business objectives.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of procurement processes and provide goods and services to support business requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including regional and global procurement, and third parties.
  • Manage relationships with strategic suppliers to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, supply chain, or related disciplines.
  • Up to 8 years' experience across supply chain, logistics, procurement, or similar within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a sense of fairness and commercial acumen, with a proven track record of delivering cost savings.
  • Flexibility to travel to supplier sites and interstate offices if required.
