Aquatic Service Officer

As a Lifeguard and Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to patrons at our aquatic facility. This is a casual position, working on a 7-day roster, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise patrons in the pool to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
- Provide high-quality service at reception and over the telephone
- Be part of various daily activities involved in day-to-day customer service operations
- Employee Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR
- Current Pool Lifeguard certificate
