Protect the Public and Deliver Exceptional Service as a Lifeguard/Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Lifeguard/Customer Service Officer. As a member of our aquatic centre, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of pool patrons while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise pool activities to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons
  • Provide quality service at reception and over the phone
  • Participate in daily activities involved in customer service operations
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Essential Qualifications:
  • Current Pool Lifeguard certificate
  • Employee Working with Children Check
  • First Aid and CPR certification
Desirable Skills:
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and club membership processes
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
