What You'll Take On As a Lifeguard and Customer Service Officer, you'll supervise all patrons in the pool to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
You'll be responsible for providing a high level of quality service at reception and over the telephone.
You'll also be part of various daily activities involved in the day-to-day customer service operations.
This is a casual position, with variable hours.
We're Looking For Someone Who Can Deliver friendly, helpful customer service and handle conflicts with patrons in a calm and respectful way.
Maintain a neat and professional appearance while on duty.
Understanding and use of point-of-sale systems with knowledge of club membership processes.
Work well as part of a team, follow policies and procedures and support a positive workplace environment.
You Must Have The Following Qualifications/licenses Employee Working with Children Check First Aid and CPRCurrent Pool Lifeguard certificate Please upload these to the documents section when you apply.
Applicants must be at least 16 years old and legally able to work in Australia.
