Job Summary
">We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Risk Manager to spearhead our Quality Management System in alignment with international standards. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in leading quality initiatives, coupled with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and firm policies.
">The chosen individual will oversee the design, implementation, and monitoring of our Quality Management System, ensuring seamless compliance with regulatory demands and firm directives. Furthermore, they will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational, regulatory, legal, and reputational risks through meticulous monitoring and reporting.
">Key responsibilities include:
">- Leading internal quality file reviews and risk audits across service lines to pinpoint areas for improvement
- Preparing the firm for external reviews or inspections and overseeing remediation actions as necessary
- Managing the firm's risk register and leading incident management processes, including breaches, complaints, data incidents, and professional indemnity claim notifications
- Liaising with leadership, practice heads, and service line teams to support risk mitigation and quality enhancement initiatives
- Monitoring staff compliance with independence declarations, CPD obligations, and confidentiality standards
