As a Senior Enterprise Operations Manager with KBR, you will be responsible for executing SOWs within cost and on schedule, ensuring community support during contractor personnel changes, interfacing with the Contractor Officer (CO), COTR, and Chief of Facilities, delivering all contract requirements, managing subcontracts, and overseeing subcontractor personnel.

You will command planning, resourcing, and execution across multiple programs/projects, ensuring alignment with business and product line strategies.

Your role will involve scrutinizing financial frameworks and reports, maintaining management reserves and expenditure integrity, championing cross-functional team efforts to deliver synchronized services addressing every angle of government requirements.

You will strategize risk mitigation and allocate funds to safeguard project outcomes, communicate effectively with all customers, maintain transparency, and resolve issues promptly.

A minimum of 10 years of prior relevant PM and Intelligence Community (IC) experience managing large multi-disciplinary workforces is required.
