Western Australia Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Market Leader to drive our growth strategy in Western Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow and sustain the region.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to build executive-level relationships with key clients and embed sustainable relationships. You will also lead a team of Market Leaders and Relationship Managers to build client relationships and achieve strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the Region's winning work strategy to grow client revenue significantly
- Lead a team of Market Leaders and Relationship Managers to build client relationships and achieve strategic goals
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and sustain the Region in conjunction with the WA Management Team
- Build executive-level relationships with key clients and embed sustainable relationships
Requirements:
- Appropriate qualifications and significant industry experience
- Broad industry knowledge and effective business development and strategy skills
- Strong existing industry and client relationships and commercial acumen
- A deep knowledge and understanding of the Western Australian market
- Commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion
