About the Role
">This role is responsible for delivering quality patient care and outcomes in a manner consistent with professional codes of conduct, legal requirements, and organisational policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
">- Deliver high-quality patient care and outcomes in a peri-operative setting.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by organisational policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain knowledge and skills in theatre nursing practice through ongoing professional development.
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
Essential Requirements
">- Current Nursing registration with AHPRA.
- Post-graduate qualifications in Peri-operative Nursing or equivalent.
- Highly developed and effective verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to assist and support change.
- Minimum of 12 months operating theatre experience.
Desirable Requirements
">Previous experience working in a similar role within a healthcare organisation would be highly regarded.
