Enrolled Nurse Career Advancement Opportunity in Northern Health

We are seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our team at Northern Health. This 12-month program aims to facilitate the transition of the EN from novice to advanced beginner practitioner through a structured and clinically focused program.

Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community, and home-based services in Melbourne's rapidly growing outer north. Our services are provided through five main campuses: Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Centre, and Kilmore District Hospital.
Requirements- Recent completion of an NMBA-approved Diploma of Nursing.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- A high level of reliability and professional conduct.
- Well-developed assessment, clinical reasoning, problem-solving, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
- A highly motivated and willing-to-learn attitude.
- An ability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
