Food Production Expert

We are seeking a skilled Cook to lead our kitchen team in producing high-quality meals and snacks for up to 60 children each day. The ideal candidate will have experience in menu planning, budgeting, stock ordering, and control.

  • Menu planning and preparation of nutritious meals and snacks for children
  • Inventory management and ordering of food supplies
  • Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment according to Food Safety regulations

The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They must also be available to work set shift days and times Monday to Friday.

  • A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or an ACECQA-approved Early Childhood qualification and experience in a cook role
  • A current Working with Children's Check and First Aid
  • Completed or willing to complete Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
