We're looking for reliable and enthusiastic Food Production Workers to join our growing team. You'll be part of an exciting new chapter producing these popular, wholesome snacks – starting in Lobethal for training and then moving to a brand-new facility in Gilles Plains. (Approximately November 2025)

About the Role:

As a Food Production Worker, you'll be actively involved in processing and packaging Carman's Fruit Straps, ensuring the product meets the highest standards for quality, hygiene, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor food processing machinery
  • Sort, pack, and label product
  • Perform basic quality control tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness and follow strict hygiene and safety procedures
  • Work collaboratively with a supportive team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physically capable of manual handling tasks
  • Availability for casual shifts (with potential for ongoing employment)
  • Experience in food manufacturing is desirable but not essential
  • Desire to work at least 2-3 days per week

Work Locations:

  • Initial production based in Lobethal as well as onboarding and training
  • Permanent operations transitioning to Gilles Plains November 2025
  • We will support with Travel, drivers license essential though.

Current hours of operation 4:00am – 6:00pm Monday – Friday with occasional Saturday work available.
