Key Responsibilities:- Implementation: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and configure the software correctly. Ensure timely completion and successful deployment.
- Data Management: Assist clients in uploading their data into the software system, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Troubleshoot any data-related issues and provide necessary guidance.
- Business Process Enhancement: Analyze client's existing business processes and recommend improvements or modifications to align them with the software capabilities. Design and document optimized business processes.
- Lease Administration Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in lease administration, possessing in-depth knowledge of leasing practices, accounting principles, and relevant regulations. Advise clients on best practices and compliance requirements.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to gather and document their requirements for software changes or enhancements. Translate these requirements into clear and detailed specifications for development teams.
- Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for clients' staff to ensure they can effectively utilize the software. Develop training materials, user guides, and documentation to support the training process.
- Troubleshooting and Escalation: Provide second-line technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving software issues. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and track their resolution.
- Data Services and Auditing: Perform data services such as data cleansing, data migration, and data integration to ensure the accuracy and integrity of client data. Conduct regular audits to identify data discrepancies and anomalies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software implementation with some project management.
- Strong understanding of business processes and their integration with software solutions.
- Expertise in lease administration and knowledge of relevant accounting principles and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in providing user training and technical support.
- Proficiency in data services and auditing techniques.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
