About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations at our Camellia site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train and supervise a team of production operators with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Document and implement standard operating procedures and continuous improvements.
  • Manage daily production line performance using HACCP and GMP principles.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to resolve breakdowns and process issues.
  • Ensure production plant meets company standards.
  • Oversee roster management and address absences.
  • Analyse plant performance data and implement processes for improvement.

Requirements

  1. A degree in food science, manufacturing or a related field.
