About the Role:

As a key member of our finance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of accounts payable services.

This includes managing supplier invoices, employee-related expense claims, and third-party payments in accordance with established procedures.

  • Perform financial duties related to accounts payable, including petty cash management, debit card transactions, and ad-hoc payments
  • Respond to supplier account inquiries and resolve any invoice discrepancies
  • Prepare electronic funds transfers and maintain accurate records
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless payment processes

To excel in this position, you will require knowledge of financial systems, including ERP solutions, as well as 3+ years' experience in an Accounts Payable role.

Additional requirements include working knowledge of Accounts Payable principles, intermediate Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining high levels of professionalism.
