Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Adult Community Mental Health team. As an integral part of this team, you will deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to support consumers with complex mental health needs.

In this role, you will conduct detailed clinical assessments and provide tailored therapeutic interventions. You will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement client-centered care plans.

To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in delivering evidence-based occupational therapy within adult mental health services. You must have strong ability to independently manage a diverse caseload while working collaboratively across disciplines.

You will also require excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with consumers, families, and colleagues. A commitment to cultural safety, inclusivity, and providing compassionate, respectful care is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting clinical assessments and developing therapeutic plans
