Senior Mental Health Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services in our Adult Community Mental Health department. This position requires the ability to provide tailored therapeutic interventions and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct detailed clinical assessments and design evidence-based care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement client-centered care strategies.
- Supervise and mentor allied health assistants to enhance professional growth.
- Participate in quality improvement projects to optimize service delivery.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in delivering occupational therapy within adult mental health settings.
- Strong ability to manage diverse caseloads and work collaboratively across disciplines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with consumers, families, and colleagues.
