About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled culinary instructor to share their passion for tropical and coastal cooking with adventurous students. As a partner of Cozymeal, you'll have full flexibility in designing your menus, setting your own schedule, and enjoying the support of a well-established brand.

You will be teaching creative, hands-on classes that capture the essence of regional Australian cuisine, including dishes such as grilled coral trout, mango salsa, wattleseed pavlova, and prawn skewers. Our guests love bold, fresh cuisine, and we're looking for an experienced instructor who can deliver this type of experience.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong passion for teaching and sharing your culinary knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and manage your own calendar
