Scuba Diving Experience Manager

We are seeking a certified and experienced Scuba Diving Experience Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe and enjoyable scuba diving experiences to customers
  • Instruct and guide divers of all levels, from beginner to advanced
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist in the planning and execution of dive operations
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new dive programs and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Certification as a Scuba Diving Instructor (SSI or equivalent)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Scuba Diving Instructor
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing conditions
  • Current First Aid, CPR and Oxygen Provider certifications
  • Current Australian recognised Diver Medical (AS4005.1 or equivalent)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and contribute to team goals

Dive Program Development:

  • Create and implement engaging dive programs for customers
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop new dive initiatives

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support
  • Address customer concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner
