
Student Development Specialist

The Year Level Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the well-being of students within their designated year level. This position requires an individual who is passionate about creating a supportive, safe, and inspiring environment that fosters the holistic development of students.
">Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the pastoral needs of students, collaborating with Homeroom teachers to deliver an evidence-based student wellbeing curriculum, and promoting the school's vision, values, policies, and procedures. You will work closely with the Director of Student Wellbeing, other leadership staff, and colleagues to implement the School Strategic Plan and promote exemplary educational experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor of Education degree or higher, as well as current registration or immediate eligibility for registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching. You must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
