Year Level Leadership Opportunity

About the Role:

The College is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Year Level Leader. As a key member of the Student Wellbeing Team, you will be responsible for fostering a sense of community and care that supports the progress of students. This includes monitoring the academic, cultural, social, emotional and physical welfare and development of the students in the assigned year level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a collaborative culture of quality student wellbeing, learning and operational excellence
  • Support the spiritual development of young men in the assigned year level
  • Maintain high standards of teaching and learning practices
  • Develop and implement holistic learning and teaching programs
  • Contribute to ongoing professional learning and development

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will bring relevant qualifications and contemporary teaching experience in your specialist teaching areas. You will also need to demonstrate a willingness to uphold the vision and values of the College, as well as the ability to model excellent teaching practices and build the capabilities of our learners through evidence-based approaches to teaching and learning.
