Water Treatment Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Water Treatment Project Manager to join our national team. As a key member of the Water Treatment group, you will lead process engineering design on water and wastewater treatment projects across Australia.

Your responsibilities will include managing daily tasks on multiple projects, producing high-quality technical documentation, and leading project delivery, including risk management and technical input.

You will work collaboratively with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to identify and deliver innovative outcomes.

  • Lead Technical Excellence in Water/Wastewater Treatment discipline
  • Mentor junior engineers and participate in company development initiatives
  • Build brand awareness through committees, industry bodies, and events
  • Stay updated with current technology and provide high technical expertise and innovation in design and procurement of projects

To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Chemical Engineering, experience in the Australian water industry with water utilities focus, and proven technical skills in Water and/or Wastewater Treatment/Process engineering.

Additional requirements include hands-on experience in Mass Balance, Design basis, Equipment Sizing, PFD, P&ID, and FDs, as well as experience with CHAIR, HAZOP, and safety in design practices and processes.
