Osmoflo’s water treatment expert, we're looking for a skilled professional to design and deliver technical training programs. The ideal candidate will develop the capabilities of our workforce, ensuring safe, efficient and effective operation of water treatment plants.

Key Responsibilities
  • We require an individual to create and implement in-house technical training programs on Osmoflo's water treatment plants and processes.
  • The successful candidate must be able to conduct on-the-job training and coaching for employees and clients.
  • Collaboration with managers is essential to identify training needs, create tailored programs, and maintain accurate training records.
  • It's crucial that all training content reflects the latest plant technologies, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
  • The candidate must be able to measure training effectiveness through KPIs and feedback, driving continuous improvement.
  • Fostering a strong safety, quality, and compliance culture across all learning initiatives is vital.
About YouQualifications & Experience
  • A 'Train the Trainer' certification is mandatory.
  • A strong background in technical training delivery, preferably in water treatment or wastewater treatment.
  • Knowledge of desalination, industrial water treatment, and membrane technology is necessary.
  • Hands-on experience with the operation and maintenance of water treatment plants is required.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative is essential.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary.
