Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Process Engineer to join our team in Adelaide. This is a dynamic opportunity for a professional with expertise in process engineering activities on projects involving wastewater treatment, potable water treatment, chemical dosing, odour control, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute process engineering design and analysis for projects across various sectors.
  • Create and implement process simulations and models to optimize plant performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met within specified timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams.
  • Evaluate and maintain compliance with relevant Australian standards and regulations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process engineering, particularly in water/defence projects.
  • Familiarity with Australian standards and regulations related to process engineering.
  • Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Biowin, Aspen HYSYS, PHAST).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
