Job Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Technical Operations Specialist. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with key site-based decision makers, providing technical support and recommendations specific to site requirements, and promoting our end-to-end maintenance capability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key site-based decision makers to effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Proactively contact site-based stakeholders to arrange necessary support.
  • Conduct regular site-based inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide expert technical support and recommendations tailored to meet individual site needs.
  • Promote our comprehensive maintenance services and collaborate with various departments to identify business opportunities.
  • Utilize sales management tools and CRM reporting to drive business success.
  • Gather, analyze, and communicate customer feedback on service quality, technology, and product delivery.
  • Identify and capitalize on site-based opportunities to enhance sustainability and growth.

Requirements:

  • A background in trade or engineering, preferably in welding or boilermaking.
  • A trade certificate in boilermaking/welding or equivalent is desirable.
  • High motivation with ability to work independently within a productive team environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to travel to site locations when required.
  • Intermediate computer literacy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills at all levels.
