Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete drafting tasks within agreed deadlines and resolve matters proactively.
  • Commission reports and technical information with external consultants and ensure timely delivery.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending innovative building methods or materials for cost or quality advantages.
  • Liaise with the team to ensure designs meet compliance, functionality, and aesthetic standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced ArchiCAD skills with demonstrated experience in residential drafting.
  • At least 5 years' experience in the residential housing and construction industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in preparing construction documentation.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Drafting and/or Design highly regarded.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines and resolve technical issues.
