Job Opportunity

We are collaborating with a leading residential builder to deliver innovative, community-focused homes across Melbourne.

This partnership centres around shaping contemporary designs that foster strong connections between people and their living spaces.

  • Evaluate drafting tasks and proactively communicate with managers to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with external consultants to commission reports and technical information, ensuring efficient delivery.
  • Contribute to process improvement by recommending new building methods or materials for enhanced quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Liaise with the team to guarantee designs meet compliance, functionality, and aesthetic standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD with demonstrated experience in residential drafting.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the residential housing and construction industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in preparing construction documentation.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Drafting and/or Design are highly regarded.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to meet deadlines and resolve technical issues.
