Experienced Architect - Documentation Expert

We are seeking an accomplished architectural professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in the creation of innovative designs.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings, incorporating plans, elevations, sections, schedules, stair details, and construction details at varying scales.
  • They will collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure accurate documentation and seamless project execution.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience documenting construction sets of drawings using Revit.
  • Proven expertise in construction documentation and detailing across various project types, with a strong focus on multi-residential buildings.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and within a small team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Australian regulations, including BCA/NCC, Residential Code, and relevant legislation.
  • Ability to amend and update designs/documentation based on consultant feedback and reports.
