**Asset Logistics Role Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Asset Logistics Controller. This is a critical role that requires exceptional customer service skills and experience in managing operational support tasks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the deployment and retrieval of demonstration equipment from customer events, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. They will also be responsible for administering systems and processes to ensure a high standard of 'on-time in-full' delivery of equipment, while promoting adherence to compliance policies.
Liaison with transport service and logistics providers will be required to make this happen. The provision of demonstration assets is a major component of our customers' experience, and this role is a great opportunity to help provide positive support for our business strategies and deliver outstanding product experiences.

**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar customer-focused role and/or tertiary qualification in Supply Chain /Business Analysis;
- Experience using Salesforce (SFDC), SAP or similar ERP systems preferred;
- Ability to communicate confidently and effectively to a wide range of stakeholders in writing and on the phone;
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and activities internally and externally to meet deadlines;
- Strong problem-solving skills & commitment to process improvement;
- Ability to develop solutions and contribute to process improvements.
