Key Logistic Coordinator

The Production and Logistics Assistant plays a pivotal role in the success of our organization. This critical position ensures seamless coordination between design, marketing, and e-commerce teams.
This is not a design-focused role; it's ideal for someone with strong logistics, organisational, and communication skills within a fast-paced creative environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with supplier communication, sample management, purchase orders, and stock handling, while contributing to general studio operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Production Support:
- Assist in creating tech packs and purchase orders
- Coordinate supplier communications and manage shipment of purchase orders to the warehouse and retail store
- Oversee sample administration, including ordering, receiving, and quality checking
- Review and approve pre-production and shipping samples
- Maintain and archive design assets
- Operations & Studio Management:
- Coordinate with contractors, including cleaners, trades, and delivery services
- Manage procurement of office and studio supplies
- Support small studio administration tasks
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar or relevant role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in fashion, logistics, or business desirable
- Proficiency in Mandarin
