Logistics Asset Manager Position:

This role involves overseeing the lifecycle of workplace hardware, encompassing receipt, warehousing, and dispatching. Ensuring accurate asset tracking in Servicenow is also crucial.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate delivery or pickup orders according to schedules
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products with high precision
  • Maintain inventory controls and uphold quality standards for audits
  • Sustain a clean and safe working environment, optimizing space utilization
  • Create PO reports and provide new asset data for Servicenow input
  • Manage asset movement within Servicenow and perform stock audits in warehouses and Tech Lounge sites
  • Operate and maintain preventative warehouse equipment
  • Foster excellent customer service and collaborate with logistics suppliers and contractors

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems
  • Awareness of modern warehousing practices and methods
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to safely lift up to 20kgs
  • Manual handling experience and current forklift license (desired)
