Job Title: Vendor Master Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Vendor Master Administrator to join our team at S&You. As a key member of our Procurement systems & operations function, you will be responsible for leading and maintaining the Australia and New Zealand SAP S/4 Hana Vendor Master System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports accurate on-boarding of new ANZ vendors by calling the suppliers to gather the necessary contact details to place onto the system.
  • Assists with internal and external questions regarding the system.
  • Sending invites to the suppliers on through the system.
  • Following up any suppliers that haven't joined the new system.
  • Manage the accurate switch of incumbent vendors and facilitate the smooth transition of New Veolia Vendors onto the Vendor Portal within a reasonable timeframe.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in administration.
  • Knowledge of SAP Vendor Management System ideal but not essential.
  • Task management oriented with strong customer service skills.
  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong willingness to learn and take initiatives.
