Scheme Care Specialist

As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in empowering tenants to live independently within our Sheltered Living Scheme. Your primary responsibility will be to provide daily support to tenants, helping them maintain their autonomy and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized assistance to tenants to ensure they can manage their daily lives with confidence.
- Foster strong relationships with tenants, their relatives, and healthcare professionals to create a safe and supportive environment.
- At least one year's experience in professional support or care services.
- Ability to organize and maintain accurate records effectively.
- CLAIT or equivalent qualification in Administration, Housing, or Support/Care.
- Recent experience supporting older adults, particularly retirees.
