About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Care Team at BlueCross Livingstone Gardens Care Community as a Personal Care Worker. As a member of our team, you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality personal care and support to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $31.24 - $33.14 per hour, depending on experience level and qualification, plus penalties and 11.5% Super. Additionally, you will receive a weekend penalty rate of $46.86 - $49.71.

Our benefits package includes flexible work hours, opportunities for career development and advancement, sponsored study and training, leave loading, public holidays, paid parental leave, and more.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care, Certificate in Disability, or Nursing students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality care and services
